How can you stop unwanted costs and maintain a healthy home?
|
PropertyCare+ inspections give you a comprehensive report and property care solutions on the condition of your home, checking the areas that are difficult to get to or are rarely looked at, including roof voids.
When booking your inspection, we’ll confirm a time and day for our surveyor to visit your property.
During your inspection, our surveyor will help keep your property in tip-top condition by walking around your home with you, talking you through the areas of immediate concern and those that you should keep an eye on over the next few years, allowing you to budget for possible repair costs. They will also take a look at those items that you should keep a regular eye on, such as your boiler and appliances.
Once your inspection is complete, your surveyor will summarise for you the key outcomes of the visit. Our central operations team will prepare your report and send this to. Once you receive your report, if you have any questions then you’ll be able to contact your surveyor without any charge to discuss the contents of your report. Your surveyor will happily give you advice and support for up to 6 months after your inspection. You will also have access to a range of property experts via our Technical Helpline. On the anniversary of your report, we will contact you again to see how things are going.
All reports prepared are approved with the e.surv PropertyCare+ Assurance mark of quality. |
